A digital-first rebrand

I co-led the implementation of a bespoke design system and visual language for the Lloyds app, working across brand, product design, and engineering.

Our goal was to create an accessible, scalable, and expressive design language that brought Lloyds’ new visual identity to life. This involved close collaboration across business units, platforms, and the branding agency Wolf Ollins, to deliver a cohesive and future-friendly digital experience.

The result is a unified system now powering experiences for over 20 million active app users.
